Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Clearpath Juniper Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Houston with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for public records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
