Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Nova Lantern Construction Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
