Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Bright Financial and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
