Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Westbrook Stone Banking Services is a regional lender in Boston with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
