Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Highbridge Cedar Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Austin, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
