Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Ironwood North Construction is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
