Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Mill Telecom and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for network equipment. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
