Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Rowan Inspection Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
