Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Greenridge Fern Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Tulsa with personal care and coordination, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for client records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
