Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Stonegate Cobalt Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Louisville, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
