Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Rivermark Meadow Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Grand Rapids and nearby communities, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for water quality. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
