Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Highbridge Yarrow Foods Associates is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
