Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Nova Meadow Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Virginia Beach, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 66 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
