Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Foxglove Cross Transit Planning is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for fare systems. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
