Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Harborlight Orchard Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Boston area, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
