Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Hollow Energy and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 114 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
