Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Bright Oak Transit Planning Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
