Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Ironwood Linden Foods is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
