Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Amber Pharma and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for clinical studies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
