Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Foxglove Mill Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Detroit design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for fare systems. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
