Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Clearpath Union Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Madison. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for test reports. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
