Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Highbridge Orchard Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Miami, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
