Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Wren Energy and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
