Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Nova Oak Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Portland serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
