Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Stonegate Loom Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Sacramento. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
