Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Beacon Water Authority and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for capital projects. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
