Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Redstone Amber Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Spokane, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
