Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Lumen Juniper Energy is an energy provider in Charleston focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for service connections. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
