Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Bluepeak Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Portland area, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for pipe repairs. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
