Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Bright Ridge Insurance Associates is an insurance company in Indianapolis with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
