Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Bluepeak Lakeside Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Hartford design routes and schedules, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
