Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Lakeside Environmental Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
