Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Bluepeak Wilder Construction is a St. Louis contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
