Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Forge Energy Partners and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for service connections. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
