Stonegate West Environmental Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
