Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Stonegate Meadow Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Buffalo producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 182 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for release testing. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
