Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Harborlight Fox Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Charleston, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
