Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Rivermark Juniper Civic Services Partners provides shared administrative services to local governments around Miami. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
