Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Bright Thistle Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Hartford. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
