Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Wilder Medical Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
