Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Stonegate Ridge Construction is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
