Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Harbor Energy and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 719 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for billing disputes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
