Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Foxglove Cedar Foods produces packaged foods at its Madison plant. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for allergen controls. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
