Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Orchard Care Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 243 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for client records. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
