Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Highbridge Sparrow Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Phoenix, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
