Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Rivermark Forge Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 69 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for service alerts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
