Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Summit Forge Care Services supports families and individuals in Phoenix with personal care and coordination, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
