Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Clearpath Rowan Health is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for referrals. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
