Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Fernwood Yarrow Foods produces packaged foods at its Wichita plant, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
