Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Bright Water Authority and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 168 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for meter reading. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
